"No Longer June" is inspired by my memories of a June trip to Africa, where I encountered wilderness in its most vivid form. During our walks through the Tanzanian savannah, the brilliantly colored wildflowers caught my eye. As we moved closer to the ocean, the changing landscapes left a lasting impression on me. This painting captures that feeling of nostalgia for a place that remains vivid in my mind.
