This painting took me beneath the surface, where shapes feel both structured and porous. Inside the floating form, you may notice hints of coral and sponge-like patterns—soft, organic and full of smaller details. The colours stay gentle and earthy, echoing the slow, steady life found underwater.
I like the idea that something as simple as a repeated mark can suggest an entire underwater world. It’s a piece that invites a moment of stillness, much like drifting just above a reef and allowing the patterns of nature to gradually reveal themselves.
