It's easy to be inspired by the colors of the tropics, and when I'm in Sarasota, I see it all around me: the marmalade sunsets, the pink morning skies, the weirdly shaped plants I have growing in my Florida garden, the pops of colors on the birds I see on our bird feeders, the roseate spoonbills... the list is long. I even see bright green and yellow parakeets flying overhead! These exciting sources of inspiration all find their way onto my canvases.
With that, I invite you to visit my exhibition at the Sarasota Orchestra's Harmony Gallery – in the atrium lobby. I painted a variety of artworks from different collections, and assembled them all in one place, for viewing.
