Artwork featured in hit television series set design
A production designer from Suits reached out looking for bold abstract artwork to help bring character to the set—and one of my paintings fit the bill. They selectedThe Right Thing, which ended up hanging in Donna Paulsen’s stylish apartment office. A fitting title for a show rooted in legal drama.
The painting is prominently featured in Season 9, Episode 1 ("Everything's Changed"), during a memorable scene where Louis Litt (Rick Hoffman) walks in on Harvey Specter (Gabriel Macht) and Donna Paulsen (Sarah Rafferty). The moment plays out with Louis standing right in front of my painting, making it hard to miss.
It was genuinely fun to see my art onscreen like that—not just a blink-and-you-miss-it moment, but something that held its own in the background. I like to think it added a bit of warmth and humanity to the polished space.
