Microsoft Surface Book Launch

For the launch of their latest Surface Pro, Microsoft invited me to take part in a promotional campaign that blended technology with creativity. They commissioned a short video of me at work, filmed in their Toronto studio, and they asked me to design a series of laptop skins inspired by my paintings.
Using the Surface Pro tablet, I sketched out ideas digitally—something I don’t often do—which gave me a new way to explore composition and color before moving to canvas. What stood out most was how respectful the team was of my creative process. The filming wasn’t just about highlighting a device; it was about showcasing the role of creativity in everyday tools.In the end, the collaboration felt balanced: a genuine intersection of art and tech, with space for both to shine.
